This set of plates is the result of close collaboration between a designer and a glassmaker. Every aspect of the product — from its parameters to its final form — is created directly in the glassworks, shaped in real time by numerous variables. The production technique, however, remains consistent: for example, the amount of molten glass determines the thickness of the piece, while the glassmaker’s breath defines the final shape of the plate’s inner surface. The goal is to preserve the material’s vitality and the natural variability of each piece.
